Advance Flooring Systems - Product Stewardship Program

GreenPad Carpet Tiles

Advance Flooring offers a carpet take back service for where a customer is using a GreenPad carpet tile as the new floor covering.

Where the existing carpet or carpet tiles are to be replaced by the GreenPad tiles Advance Flooring will ‘take-back’ the existing carpet. This carpet is then offered to a charitable trust, community group or another non-profit organisation for them to use in their facilities. Advance Flooring will cover all freight costs from the source location to the new beneficiaries’ location. Other party to do all uplift and loading of pallets supplied.

Rubber Backed Laundry Mats

As part of our product stewardship principles, we have developed a solution for obsolete launderable mats at the end of their useful life ensuring the product is recycled instead of going to landfill.

The product is recycled to serve a second useful life by being shredded and combined with recycled rubber tyres to produce Dressage Performance Surfaces.

•    Contact Advance Flooring Systems 72 hours in advance to arrange the take-back program. Acceptance of launderable mats for return is at Advance Floors discretion.

•    Mats must be clean, dry and uncontaminated to be suitable for recycling.

•    Only rubber backed mats with a nylon carpet surface are suitable for recycling.

•    Shrink wrap or strap onto pallets adequately and safely.

•    Ensure pallets are clearly labelled.

•    Contact Advance Flooring Systems for collection when complete.

•    A $0.50 surcharge applies to all mats to be recycled.

Entrance Matting Systems

Advance Flooring Systems offers an Entrance Matting System take back service for where a customer is replacing an existing entrance mat with an Advance Matting System.
